  • To investigate the impact of Osho dynamic meditation on serum cortisol levels.
  • To objectively assess the anti-stress efficacy of Osho dynamic meditation.

  • An experimental study was conducted over 21 days with 20 healthy volunteers meditating daily.
  • Serum cortisol levels were measured at baseline and after 21 days of meditation.
