"Knuckle Cracking": Can Blinded Observers Detect Changes with Physical Examination and Sonography?

Habitual knuckle cracking does not appear to cause immediate harm, such as swelling or weakness. However, cracking joints may lead to a small, temporary increase in range of motion (ROM).
