Summary

Comparing Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) in colorectal cancer, this study found CEA is more sensitive but less specific than EMA. Selecting antibodies based on tumor biopsies may improve cancer localization for imaging or therapy.
