Abstract:
I was sorry to read that learning disability care services 'are heading towards a timebomb' (news May 2). RCN learning disabilities adviser Ann Norman says there are not enough learning disabilities nurses working in the NHS, social care or the independent sector - with the number of new registrants declining in recent years.
