Association between previous spontaneous abortion and pre-eclampsia during a subsequent pregnancy

A history of spontaneous abortion increases the risk of developing pre-eclampsia in future pregnancies. This study found a significant association between prior spontaneous abortions and higher odds of pre-eclampsia.
