- Patients with coexisting rheumatoid arthritis and bronchiectasis demonstrate greater disease severity than those with bronchiectasis alone.
- Elevated serum anti-CCP levels may serve as a valuable biomarker for predicting the diagnosis and prognosis of bronchiectasis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
- Further research is warranted to elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms linking RA and BR and to optimize management strategies.
