Unfavourable risk factor control after coronary events in routine clinical practice

Risk factor control in coronary patients is inadequate, with many failing to manage conditions like hypertension and high LDL cholesterol. Patients with multiple coronary events showed the poorest control, highlighting the need for improved secondary prevention strategies.
