Duration and Pathologic Correlates of Lewy Body Disease

Diffuse Lewy body disease (LBD) is linked to shorter survival compared to transitional LBD. This finding, independent of neurofibrillary tangles or plaques, may help predict disease duration in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB).
