  • Histopathology of the surgical material confirmed epithelioid cell granulomas with caseous necrosis, indicative of tuberculosis (TB).
  • The patient was diagnosed with bilateral patellar tuberculosis, a rare manifestation of the disease.
  • This represents the first reported case of bilateral patellar involvement in tuberculosis.
