[Multiple myeloma localized in the superior maxillary. Description of an uncommon case]

A case of multiple myeloma localised on the alveolar ridge of the superior maxillary bone in a patient with complete denture is reported. This localisation appeared during the illness; the possible etiopathogenetic mechanism and treatment are presented.
