Clonidine versus Captopril for Severe Postpartum Hypertension: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Clonidine and captopril are safe and effective for severe postpartum hypertension. Clonidine showed a trend towards fewer severe blood pressure events and lower adverse reactions compared to captopril.
