A left lateral accessory pathway unmasked by rivastigmine

Rivastigmine, a cholinesterase inhibitor, unmasked a previously undiagnosed left lateral accessory pathway in a patient. This suggests cholinesterase inhibitors may alter cardiac conduction pathways.
