• Core needle biopsy confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma.

Findings:

• Histopathology identified scirrhous carcinoma, a subtype of invasive ductal carcinoma.
• The tumor was estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PgR) positive, with a HER2 score of 1 and a Ki-67 index of 20-30%.
• The patient underwent mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection.

Implications:

• Adjuvant therapy with tamoxifen was administered post-surgery.
