Abstract:
Adenoid squamous cell carcinoma occurred on the sole, an area not exposed to sunlight and devoid of pilosebaceous structure. Histopathologically, it showed atypical squamous cells, horn pearls, large alveolar spaces with papillary projections and acantholytic cells.
