Background:
- Indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (iNHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) are B-cell malignancies.

- Rituximab, an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, has shown efficacy in B-cell lymphomas.
