    Observation:

    • Three cases of herpes gestationis are presented with detailed clinical and histopathological findings.
    • Lesions, characterized by periumbilical bullae, typically emerged in the third trimester.
    • Postpartum exacerbation was a consistent feature across all observed patients.

    Findings:

    • Histopathology revealed basal cell necrosis in all three patients.
    • Direct immunofluorescence demonstrated C3 deposition at the dermo-epidermal junction in two patients.
    • Recurrence of HG was noted 13 weeks postpartum in one patient.

    Implications:

    • Corticosteroids demonstrated efficacy in controlling acute HG symptoms.
