Achilles Tendon Loading During Heel-Raising and -Lowering Exercises

Seated and bilateral heel exercises cause less Achilles tendon loading than unilateral variations. These findings suggest a progressive rehabilitation approach for Achilles tendinopathy, starting with less strenuous movements.
