Abstract:
On the basis of the demographic developments, the present status of oral health and the national indicators for oral health in old people, the general points of organization of the dental care was demonstrated. In this coherence it was point to different groups of patients. Especially the factors influencing the behaviour of taking up dental care was emphasized.
