Abstract:
An easy to manipulate loop instrument for achieving haemostasis during surgery of the cervical portio is described. A wirenet loop that can be adjusted to any desired tension and arrested circularly around the portio vaginalis produces temporary ischaemia. Both application and release for removal are simple.
