Mesiodens Within the Nasopalatine Canal: An Exceptional Entity

A rare case of an impacted inverted mesiodens, a supernumerary tooth, was found within the nasopalatine canal. This incidental finding highlights the importance of advanced imaging in diagnosing dental anomalies.
