Abstract:
A rare case of osteocartilaginous exostosis, also called osteochondroma, is described. The resection of the tumor through an extra-oral incision is the treatment of choice. The follow-up covers a period of 4 years. No relapse was observed and postoperatively the function of the temporomandibular joint was practically normal.
