Rubidium-82 PET derived left ventricular (LV) mass:volume ratios (Mi/Vi) align with MRI values in low-risk patients. Abnormal LV indices correlate with reduced myocardial blood flow (MBF), indicating more extensive coronary artery disease (CAD).

- These findings suggest that abnormal LV indices in this population are linked to more extensive obstructive CAD.
