    Psoralens effectively treated leucoderma acquisitum centrifugam, a condition causing depigmentation around moles. This treatment offers a reliable solution for patients experiencing anxiety due to this cosmetic concern.

    • Leucoderma acquisitum centrifugam (halo nevus) presents as peripheral depigmentation around a nevus.
    • This condition can cause significant cosmetic concerns and psychological distress, particularly in young individuals with pigmented skin.

    • The study reports on four cases of leucoderma acquisitum centrifugam treated with psoralens.
    • Peripheral halo depigmentation was observed in association with insignificant nevi on the face.

    Findings:
