[Endocrine complications caused by cranial irradiation]

Summary

Cranial irradiation frequently causes growth hormone (GH) deficiency, with risk increasing with higher radiation doses. Younger age and shorter treatment times also elevate the risk of developing GH deficiency after radiation therapy.
