[Stenosis of the urethra: modified external subcutaneous urethrotomy. Treatment of 22 patients]

The present study reports the results afforded by the Flores technique, a modification of the Monseur urethroplasty, in the surgical treatment of urethral strictures. The clinical, urodynamic, and biological data from medium-term follow-up are presented.
