Autogenous Transplantation for Replacing a Hopeless Tooth

Autogenous tooth transplantation (ATT) successfully replaced a hopeless mandibular molar using a maxillary third molar. Three years later, the transplanted tooth remains functional with bone regeneration and no signs of resorption or periodontal issues.
