A decrease in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) after regadenoson stress myocardial perfusion imaging does not predict coronary artery disease or adverse outcomes. This finding holds true regardless of imaging results.

- Post-stress LVEF decrease does not correlate with adverse clinical outcomes, regardless of myocardial perfusion imaging findings.
