[Euthanasia. A legal evaluation]

Passive euthanasia, but also active indirect euthanasia is under observation of some assumptions in Austrian law unpunished. To find the dogmatic arguments to exclude any liability there are several ways. The preference is given to that ways, which are paraphrased by positive law. Possible abuse of euthanasia should lead to a permanent discussion including other branches of science.
