    Summary

    Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) effectively treated three non-healing ulcers. This adjunctive treatment accelerated healing and achieved sterile cultures when conventional methods failed.

    • Treatment involved 2.5 atmospheres of pressure (ATA) for 90 minutes daily, 6 days/week.
    • A total of 30-36 exposures were administered.
