Objective:
The purposes of this article are to present a practical approach to imaging of common congenital and acquired diseases of the pediatric large airways with MRI and to describe the imaging findings.
Conclusion:
High-quality MRI of the airways is an increasingly feasible alternative to conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, and CT in the evaluation of many diseases of the pediatric large airways.
