[Freud before philosopy: The inevitable alter-ation]

If we consider psychoanalysis as a knowledge, then Ricoeur's location of Freud in the tradition of the "masters of suspicion" supposes an approach to knowledge that partially removes the possibility of it being complete and clear. However, Freud "performativizes" an attribution of knowledge that "avoids" other types of knowledge (i. e. philosophical knowledge). In the flight of psychoanalysis before philosophy a "resistance" is expressed, which hinders its relationship with other disciplines, a relationship that, on the other hand, psychoanalysis seems to promote.
