Dynamic hyperinflation in patients with asthma and exercise-induced bronchoconstriction

Dynamic hyperinflation (DH) is common in asthma patients with exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB), significantly increasing during exercise. This DH is linked to the severity of post-exercise airflow reduction, suggesting a role in EIB development.
