In open-angle glaucoma, the iridocorneal angle remains open, but the trabecular meshwork becomes stiff, slowing down the outflow of aqueous humor. Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of rituximab in treating noninfectious posterior uveitis.
  • To assess visual acuity outcomes and inflammatory markers following rituximab administration.

  • Retrospective case series including patients with recalcitrant noninfectious posterior uveitis treated with rituximab.
