Hymenobacter knuensis sp. nov., Isolated From River Water

A new bacterial species, Hymenobacter knuensis sp. nov., was discovered in South Korea's Han River. This aerobic bacterium, strain 16F7C-2T, represents a novel species within the Hymenobacter genus, distinct from its closest relatives.
