Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic efficacy of hip arthroscopy for torn acetabular labrum.
  • To classify the types and frequencies of labral tears identified during arthroscopy.
  • To assess patient outcomes one year after arthroscopic labral resection.

Main Methods:

  • Conducted 267 consecutive hip arthroscopies.
  • Identified and resected 37 labral lesions.
