Improved Functional Performance in Individuals With Dementia After a Moderate-Intensity Home-Based Exercise Program:

This study shows that a moderate-intensity functional exercise program, using a Strength-Based Approach, significantly improved strength, balance, and gait speed in individuals with dementia (IWDs). High adherence rates confirm the feasibility of this home-based intervention for IWDs.
