Summary

This study reports a rare intraventricular gliosarcoma with liposarcomatous and myosarcomatous differentiation. The findings highlight unusual morphologic patterns and immunohistochemical profiles in this glioblastoma variant.

Background:

Observation:

  • A unique case of gliosarcoma in a 68-year-old male is presented.
  • This biphasic neoplasm displayed both liposarcomatous and myosarcomatous differentiation.
  • Notably, the tumor was exclusively intraventricular, a highly unusual location.
