- Alterations in PT, aPTT, tPCA, and fibrinogen concentrations at 12-24 hours post-presentation are associated with outcome.
- Serial monitoring of hemostatic parameters is crucial for predicting prognosis in heatstroke patients, even if initial values are within normal limits.
