Summary

Multiphasic contrast-enhanced computed tomography gastrography (CECTG) reveals diffuse-type gastric cancers (DGCs) typically present a double-layered enhancement pattern in the arterial phase. This pattern transitions to a single layer with moderate enhancement in the delayed phase.
