Summary

Indirect pulp therapy (IPT) and pulpotomy using mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) or formocresol (FC) show the highest success rates for primary teeth with deep caries. Direct pulp capping (DPC) also has similar outcomes but with lower quality evidence.
