Red cell distribution width and uric acid in patients with obstructive sleep apnea

Elevated red cell distribution width (RDW) and serum uric acid (SUA) are linked to obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) severity. Severe OSA patients showed higher RDW, especially those with cardiovascular disorders (CVDs).
