Abstract:
A 27 year-old woman presented with a sensory-motor polyneuropathy, right facial hypoesthesia and bilateral Adie syndrome. These led to the diagnosis of primary Gougerot-Sjögren syndrome. A 6 weeks therapy with corticoids brought no improvement. Frank improvement followed 12 plasmatic exchanges.
