Conclusions:
- Dietary POS supplementation can enhance growth performance and immune function in weaned pigs, particularly under PRV challenge.
- POS may improve nutrient utilization and immune responses, offering a promising dietary strategy to mitigate the negative effects of rotavirus in piglets.
