Scleredema (scleredema adultorum of Buschke) is a rare sclerodermiform condition.

Observation:

A case of scleredema in a 52-year-old man is presented.

The patient experienced improvement with UVB phototherapy.

UVB phototherapy demonstrated efficacy in treating scleredema.
