Longitudinal Changes in LV Structure and Diastolic Function in Relation to Arterial Properties in General Population

Arterial stiffness, measured by pulse wave velocity (PWV), predicts left ventricular (LV) remodeling and concentric remodeling progression. In women, central pulse pressure (cPP) worsens LV diastolic function.
