Comparing Adrenaline with Tranexamic Acid to Control Acute Endobronchial Bleeding: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Tranexamic acid and adrenaline show similar efficacy for controlling hemoptysis during bronchoscopy. Tranexamic acid, however, may require less frequent administration of additional medications for bleeding control.
