Abstract:
The assay method of the anti-factor Xa activity of an heparin fragment: the CY 216, is described; it consists of an adaptation of the method of Yin et al. to an automatic clot timer. The anti-factor Xa unit of CY 216 is defined in this assay by comparison to the 4th International Standard of Heparin.
