This study shows that an interactive, computer-delivered depression treatment program (imbPST) significantly reduced depressive symptoms in adults more than no treatment. The imbPST program was effective and highly rated by users.

    Conclusions:

    • imbPST is an effective and engaging depression treatment.
    • The program is highly usable and easily administered.
    • Further evaluation in diverse populations as a self-administered treatment is warranted.
