Understanding perceptions of SE is crucial for effective clinical evaluation.

Purpose of the Study:

To explore nursing instructor and student perceptions of self-evaluation.
To examine the relationship between self-evaluation and clinical evaluation.

Exploratory study in a three-year nursing diploma program.
Delphi survey with 9 instructors.
Questionnaire distributed to 145 students.
