[The clinical manifestation of suicide and its process]

There emerges from the suicidal process much more than a model. When suicide forces itself on people, it is extremely difficult for them to pull themselves out of its grip. From the psychopathological crisis to the psychosocial crisis, the process acts like a psychological trauma which requires adapted care.
